COACHING FOR WELLBEING

What are the elements that make us feel good? Wellbeing is the result of a good diet, physical activity and balance. For some this means having to give up smoking, for others following a proper diet, or finding time for regular exercise. At times there are good intentions but then there are distractions, some lose motivation, and others delay satisfaction or do not look after themselves.

Yet the solution is universal.

The World Health Organization (WHO) has defined 10 key skills that, when developed, promote full health for everybody. Amongst these there are skills in decision making and dealing with problems, communication and the capacity to form relations, empathy and proper management of emotions and stress. At the Studio di Coaching Growing we provide careful and expert support that, through a professional coaching path, trains these wellbeing skills.
