We offer business coaching, managerial training and assessment tests in structured paths that have already been tested by successful case history da case history in line with the needs of our Partners; or ad ad hoc for the situation and specific requests. But the solution is always tailor made and oriented to the development of strong points through a mix of modules of moments and methodology fine tuned calibrato to the Client-Partner’s environment, to his or her culture and to the internal events and processes.

ASSESSMENT
At Studio di Coaching Growing we accompany companies in assessment tests for the evaluation of skills, talent, performance and strong points – emotional as well – of individuals or team work.
Periods of corporate assessment are also functional for photographing the environment, motivations and for analyzing the network of relationships, for the purpose of improving it. Still, it is possible to construct and implement assessment centre processes that integrate phases and tools with different purposes and put them into a system.
We use the most developed tools in the international panorama in a targeted way or we integrate the company’s model. The attention is always directed at linking these findings to behaviour that is acted out in daily life in order to stimulate an organizational culture of learning, to release continuous feedback, and its exploitation as a tool for growth.

COACHING AND MANAGERIAL DEVELOPMENT
The Studio’s Coaches intervene on the environment, behaviour and abilities but they also work deeply on beliefs and values by developing personal growth and the system of relation on the whole. In addition, the methodology of shadow coaching allows direct and qualified restitution in situations that require observational coaching and feedback processing, as in the case of facilitation of the mechanisms of functioning and decision-making processes of boards of management. Single individuals, teams and groups are accompanied for promoting the discovery and putting into place unexpressed resources and access to more intense levels of efficiency, satisfaction and wellbeing.

MANAGERIAL TRAINING
