The studio’s Coaches are certified professionals who have validated skills for coaching individuals and teams. They work rigorously and with tools that are internationally recognized. They apply skills that are constantly supervised and updated.

They all sign with the Client a coaching plan that has been prepared and shared before beginning the path. In addition, everyone also adheres to the standards and professional code of ethics of the International Coach Federation for the protection of the Coaching Partner.

FEDERICA BERGAMINO | Senior Partner

After graduating in philosophy I obtained a doctorate at Rome’s Pontificia Università della Santa Croce where I am currently Associate Professor of Anthropology and Literature. My areas of publication, academic research and constant updating are freedom, the narrative dimension of human beings, interpersonal relationships, emotional intelligence and forgiveness about which I coordinated an interdisciplinary research group for years. I was trained as a Coach through an ACT (Accredited Certified Training) Program recognized by the International Coach Federation (ICF). I am a member of the CPC (Comunità di Pratica di Coaching, Community of Coaching Practice), a trainer certified by the Hogan Assessment System and SHL Assessment OPQ (Occupational Personality Questionnaire) and MQ (Motivation Questionnaire), as well as being a certified professional in emotional intelligence with Six Seconds.

I use the methodology of coaching – that considers the person and her or her network or relationships at the same time – and I support my Clients-Partners in the development of emotional intelligence. I believe that the regulation of personal emotions is an essential element at work and in all interpersonal relationships generally.

After graduating from Milan’s Università Cattolica and obtaining a Master in Neuro-linguistic Programming from London’s Richard Bandler School, I completed my training by achieving a number of international certifications in the fields of management and the development and assessment of skills (MBSR Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction, Voice Dialogue®, Shadow Coaching®, ESaC Emotional Skills and Competencies, EMDR Eye Movement Desensitazion and Reprogramming, TTI Leadership Check®, LIFO® Life Orientations ).

In 2009 I founded the Studio di Coaching Growing and I was certified as a Professional Coach (MCC – Master Certified Coach) at the International Coach Federation with which in 2015 I held the position of Director of Credentials in the Board of Management of the Italian Chapter. My precise commitment is to reaffirm the quality standards and ethics of professional coaching, elevate the distinctive level of skills, promote constant updating and respect for the person.

My coaching is influenced by more than 15 years as manager of multinational companies, a period that made me experience personally many of the themes that my Clients-Partners today bring me and it gave me a clear vision of the main factors that move organizations, people and behavior.

Today I am interested in human capital and I constantly research the themes of wellbeing in the workplace, relations and neuroscience applied to behavior. The areas on which I built the method and the tools I apply in coaching are leadership, management skills, emotional development and team dynamics.

Coaching Agreement

The coaching relationship is professional only when it includes an agreement – always in writing and shared – that defines the responsibilities of the parties.

Privacy

The Coaches are compelled by the strictest levels of confidentiality concerning information in regards to the Client-Partner of coaching and to stipulate clear and transparent agreements with organizations about exchanges of information between Coaches, Client-Partners and companies when these are involved as the buyer.

Professionalism and experience

The Coaches are committed to maintaining and promoting excellence in their profession and they work for the continual integration of their professional skills and their continuous updating.

Conflicts of interest

The Coaches must make public and avoid any event in which private or personal interest could influence their objectivity and quality as professionals.

Ethical and legal obligations

With the ethical oath the Coaches accept their personal responsibility: violation of the code of ethics reported to the Federation can include sanction up to the withdrawal of credentials.

CODE OF ETHICS

THE METHODOLOGY

At the Studio di Coaching Growing we use as the basis of methodology recognized by international coaching and by the ICF (International Coach Federation). We choose and test the most valid models that we keep up to date and integrate in order to guarantee the best and most efficient results in the personal or professional path.

SYSTEMATIC APPROACH

A person is not a satellite but rather an element that is part of a system. .In order to be efficient, in companies as in families, in communities or in groups, it is necessary to achieve a high level of personal awareness. The coaching we practice in the Studio concerns the individual and his or her various parts but also all his or her relationships, those that are quickly in the mind and those that are “hidden” initially. Today’s most complex challenges are not only within the person but involve all his or her connections.

Within the Studio di Coaching Growing
we train the Client-Partner’s interactions, ,the response to the various stakeholders, the capacity for confrontation with systemic conflict, proper functioning as a member of multiple teams, local, virtual or multicultural. We work on the management of inter-dependency stress and we concentrate on organizational teaching suited to co-creating value with the environment.

CERTIFIED TOOLS AND EMDR

12 international certifications and constantly working on keeping up to date allow qualified choice of the coaching tools that is always carried out by the Coach and the Client-Partner following a precise evaluation.

We use models of Emotional Intelligence and the EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprogramming) for elaborating emotional events and to reduce their conditioning on day to day activities. Mindfulness and MBSR Protocol for supporting the reduction of stress and improving wellbeing. Voice Dialogue in order to make space for resources and to reduce internal conflicts. Neuro-Linguistic Programming for the acquisition of new methods of being and to improve relations with others. At the Studio di Coaching Growth we make available the most developed and validated Assessment Tools Tool di Assessment for the identification and enhancement of skills.

WRITING

The targeted use of writing within a coaching path gives structure to the work, gives objectivity and facilitates the constructive activation of the Client-Partner between sessions.

But Writing is also a powerful therapeutic tool. Writing can open different perspectives that can support the elaboration of old schemes to bring back a clear vision and to condition new thought habits, raising their quality and efficiency. Writing about emotions trains awareness and expression for the benefit of a new balance.

As professional Coaches we use writing expertly through structures exercises and assignments of free writing between sessions in order to put their profound power to good transformational use and to produce healthy insights for the benefit of the Client-Partner.
