Work, family, relations with ourselves and others are areas that intersect. We bring to coaching the desire to give our career a change of direction, to achieve new goals and to have an extra gear. At other times the aim is to live relations more knowingly and to identify strategies for sharing complex situations. We can have the desire to commit to a healthier lifestyle, finding inside ourselves the commitment to see a diet or a project through to the end. At the base of all these situations is the desire to improve, to bring out the resources we have not expressed and the will to start anew with new energy. The intervention of a professional Coach can be decidedly effective.

A coaching path offers the Client-Partner a highly stimulating space of qualified attention from the Coach that allows the individual to express himself or herself freely and to make clear the objectives and to identify the internal resources and to translate them into concrete action. The mental training and the activation on the field is always for the purpose of achieving verifiable results.

Altre volte, l’aspirazione è di vivere in modo più consapevole le relazioni, individuare strategie di condivisione in situazioni complesse. Si può avere la volontà di sviluppare l’impegno per uno stile di vita più sano, trovare dentro sé stessi la capacità di portare a termine una dieta o un progetto. In tutte queste situazioni, alla base, c’è il desiderio di migliorare, di tirare fuori le proprie risorse inespresse, la voglia di ripartire con nuove energie.

THE COACHING PATH

The heart of the coaching path and its foundation is the relationship between Coach and Client-Partner which is based on trust, well defined responsibility, improvement and action. The sessions include mental and emotional training, and the development of awareness. The encounters, in Italian or in English, mainly occur in person at the premises of the Studio di Coach Growing but it is possible to agree that some of these occur at a distance.

PRELIMINARY MEETING

The first step is a getting to know you session between the Coach and the Client-Partner during which put the starting situation and the needs into focus, they evaluate if coaching is the suitable methodology and which are the best tools for achieving the objectives. At the end of the meeting the Coach puts together a written coaching plan and the desired results, the method of intervention, the duration and the reciprocal commitments are shared.

SESSIONS AND ACTION PLAN

The first meeting is followed by a well-defined number of sessions which is usually divided into a number of phases. The exploration of the private or professional life of the Client-Partner and the changes of the inner and external context compared to the previous session, the clear identification of the objectives, the generation of resources and strategies. For each objective a specific action plan and targeted mental and emotional training are activated.

TRAINING AND IMPLEMENTATION

The coaching path also commits the Client-Partner outside the sessions, during the time between one encounter and another. As he or she works actively on his or her results (finding effective behavior, modifying personal strategies, making decisions, exercising skills) the Client-Partner is accompanied in the experience of behavioral methods and/or new and more functional relations. The structured commitment to achieve the objectives creates the discovery of potential that has not yet been fully expressed and develops new expanded ways of being.

VERIFYING THE BENEFITS ACHIEVED

If the objective is the basis of the agreement between the Client-Partner and the Coach, verifying the results achieved is the reciprocal cornerstone and is practiced at the completion of every session and again at the conclusion of the coaching path.
The benchmark of the results is the initial agreement but often more is achieved: a series of improvements in the life of the individual that also involves the deepest personal sphere after having reached a higher level of awareness as an individual and of, the personal desire and potential.

MINI LABS

The Mini Labs are occasions that combine training and professional coaching with the aim of creating specific teaching on themes of interest. They occur in small groups made up of a maximum of 5 participants per edition and have a strong application slant which focuses on practice and attention to the single participant. The experience provides the opportunity for acquiring contents and tools to be applied, enriching the training with debate and sharing with those present. The dynamics of the laboratory favors structured feedback, exchange and tangible learning. The creation of qualified relations between peers and professionals in the different sectors who shared the same experience and can support each other externally as well give the Mini Labs an extra advantage.

  • Public speaking: communicating efficiently in public speaking and in front of telecameras
  • Time management: optimizing and managing time for hours full of meaning

  • Emotional intelligence:managing difficult emotions, recognizing and developing the state of human resources
  • To Rise again: neuroscience for rising up again after disappointments and difficult phases
  • Positive Psychology: methods for happiness and wellbeing
  • Transformational writing: exercises in personal growth
  • Mindfulness: how to apply it in daily life

The Mini Labs take place on Saturday mornings, last 4 hours per module and involve one or more half days depending on the program. At the end of the Mini Lab each participant has the chance to combine from one to three sessions of individual coaching in order to favor the implementation of the new behavior and the skills acquired.
